What can I put in the dump trailer?
✅ You may load household junk, light construction debris, furniture, yard waste, and renovation materials.
❌ No hazardous materials, extremely heavy material (that exceed the trailer capacity)

 

Do I need a CDL?

In most cases, you do NOT need a CDL to tow our trailer.​

A CDL is required only if your combined Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) exceeds 26,000 lbs and the trailer’s GVWR exceeds 10,000 lbs.​

You can check your vehicle’s GVWR on the white sticker located inside the driver’s door. If you are unsure, please contact us before booking.

How long is the rental period?
We offer:

  • 3-day weekend rentals (Friday–Sunday)

  • 4-day weekday rental (Monday-Thursday)

  • 7-day rentals (Monday-Sunday)

  • 28-day rentals

We currently do not offer 1- or 2-day rentals. All rental periods are inclusive of the full days listed. For example, a 4-day weekday rental includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday usage.

For all rentals, trailers may be picked up after 5:00 PM on the day of, subject to availability and the terms outlined in your rental agreement.

Do you deliver and pick up the trailer?

Yes! All of our dump trailers include FREE delivery and pickup within 10 miles.

Do you dump the trailer for me?

No. Trailers must be returned completely empty.

Dumping services are not included, and any trailer returned with debris may incur additional fees.

How much weight can the trailer hold?

Our dump trailers can safely hold up to 5 tons (10,000 lbs) of material.

Exceeding the weight limit may result in:

  • Additional charges

  • Refusal of pickup for safety reasons

  • Damage liability

 

Please note:
The trailer itself weighs approximately 3,970–4,036 lbs.

Be sure your vehicle’s tow capacity can safely handle the combined weight.

 


Do I need a permit to rent a dump trailer?

Most residential driveways do not require a permit.

If the trailer will be placed on a public street, easement, or HOA-controlled area, you are responsible for obtaining any required permits.

 


Is a deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit ($200) is required at booking.

The deposit is returned after the trailer is picked up, inspected, and confirmed clean and undamaged.
 

What happens if the trailer is damaged?

You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Repair costs will first be deducted from the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.

 

Can I move the trailer after delivery?

Yes. You may reposition the trailer on the same property. However, the trailer must be available for pickup at the original drop-off location unless prior written approval is given.
 

What if I need the trailer longer than expected?

Extensions are subject to availability.
Please contact us before your rental period ends to request an extension.

 


Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

No, as long as the drop-off location is clearly accessible, rental agreement is signed, and instructions are provided during booking. 
 

What kind of surface is required for placement?

A flat, solid surface such as a driveway or compacted gravel area is required.
We do not place trailers on soft ground, grass, or uneven surfaces.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required prior to delivery.
