Delivery Area
Longhorn Equipment Rentals, LLC provides delivery and pickup services for all dump trailer rentals. Free delivery and pickup are included within a 10-mile radius of our designated service area in Benbrook, Texas. Deliveries outside of this area may be subject to additional mileage fees, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery times are scheduled within general service windows and are not guaranteed for a specific hour unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Customers will be notified of approximate delivery timing prior to drop-off.
Placement Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible, safe, and suitable for trailer placement. A flat, solid surface such as concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel is required.
We do not place trailers on soft ground, grass, mud, steep slopes, or uneven terrain. If safe placement is not possible upon arrival, delivery may be refused and cancellation fees may apply.
Property Condition & Liability
By requesting delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the placement location.
Longhorn Equipment Rentals, LLC is not responsible for minor surface cracking, driveway stress, surface markings, or damage to underground utilities that are not properly disclosed prior to delivery. The customer assumes all risks associated with the placement location selected.
Permits & Local Regulations
If the trailer is to be placed on a public street, easement, or in an area governed by a homeowners association (HOA), the customer is solely responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals.
The Company is not responsible for fines, violations, or citations related to improper placement.
Pickup Conditions
At the time of pickup, the trailer must be completely empty and accessible. Trailers returned with debris, overloaded materials, or blocked access may incur additional fees.
If a trailer exceeds safe weight limits at pickup, the Company reserves the right to refuse removal until the load is reduced to a safe level.
The trailer must be available for pickup at the original drop-off location unless prior written approval has been granted. Additional relocation fees may apply if the trailer has been moved off-site without authorization.
Agreement to Policy
By booking a rental, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Delivery & Pickup Policy.
