Reservation Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve equipment for your selected rental period.

Once reserved, equipment is removed from availability and held specifically for your rental dates.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at booking.

The deposit is returned after the trailer has been:

Picked up
Inspected
Confirmed clean
Confirmed undamaged
Confirmed within weight limits

The deposit may be partially or fully withheld for:

Damage beyond normal wear and tear
Excessive cleaning
Debris left in trailer
Overweight violations
Late returns
Contract violations

Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund of rental fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental amount.

Cancellations made on the day of delivery or after delivery has been dispatched are non-refundable.

Security deposits will be refunded in full for timely cancellations.

No-Show or Inaccessible Site

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Inaccessible property
Unsafe placement conditions
Failure to obtain required permits
Customer absence when required
Incorrect delivery information

A failed delivery fee may be assessed and rental fees may be non-refundable.

Early Returns

No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early returns of equipment.

Rental periods are reserved and charged in full regardless of early completion of use.

Weather Policy

Inclement weather does not qualify for automatic refunds once the rental period has begun.

In severe weather conditions that prevent safe delivery, the Company may reschedule delivery at its discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you agree to these Refund & Cancellation terms.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Longhorn Equipment Rentals, LLC to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in additional administrative fees.

Company Cancellation

In rare circumstances, Longhorn Equipment Rentals, LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to:

Equipment unavailability
Safety concerns
Mechanical issues
Severe weather
Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, a full refund of rental fees will be issued.

By booking a rental, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
